All visitors to Guitar Legends Hall are subject to these terms and conditions. Derogations are valid only if agreed in writing.

 

DEFINITIONS

Guitar Legends Hall, hereinafter GLH, commercial name of Guitar Legends Hall Global Experience, which is the company responsible for the management and operation of the museum. Museum space: Calle Portaferrisa number 16, in Barcelona, ​​Spain, including all areas such as the museum store

Visitor: any person who enters the museum space to visit an exhibition and/or attend an event.

Consumer: anyone using the GLH website and other online applications, purchasing tickets over the counter or online, or the museum store.

TICKETING

Article 3.2 Tickets can be purchased at the museum entrance and shop, on the website or from one of the museum’s official distributors.

Article 3.3 GLH publishes admission prices through its own channels, on the website, next to the museum entrance and through direct communications. Prices listed here are not subject to change. GLH cannot be held responsible for the (incorrect) publication of admission prices by third parties.

Article 3.4 A visitor will be eligible for a discounted admission rate if they meet the applicable conditions. Museum staff may request identification for the admission fee with

discount. If the visitor is unable to present valid identification, they will be charged the regular admission price.

Article 3.5 The visitor will be responsible for providing their data correctly in the purchasing processes established on the ticket sales platform. Once the purchase is made, the visitor will receive an email at the address provided and will be able to:

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Article 4.1 Once the visitor has purchased the tickets, GLH will not accept changes or refunds of the amount. For more information: info@guitarlegendshall.org

Article 4.2 The purchase of tickets online is not subject to the right of withdrawal (art. 103.I) and (97.1.I) of RDL 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text endorsed in the General Law of Defense of Consumers and Users, so returns will not be admitted, in any of these cases, in order to avoid the prejudice of the equipment being in difficulty to cover these reservations with another visitor on the same date on which the reservation is recorded. purchased ticket.

OPENING HOURS

GLH reserves the right to change previously published opening times without visitors being entitled to a refund of the price paid for their admission ticket. GLH cannot be held responsible for the (incorrect) publication of opening hours by third parties.

Article 5.2 Part of the museum space may be closed to visitors on certain occasions. This will not entitle visitors to a refund of the admission price.

 

VISITS

Article 6.1 Visitors must behave in the museum space in compliance with the rules of public order and these regulations, always obeying the instructions of the museum staff. Otherwise, visitors may be denied access without being entitled to a refund of the admission fee or other costs incurred. The organization may limit access to the venue to those visitors who:

Article 6.1.1 Manifest violent or discriminatory attitudes, behave aggressively or cause altercations outside or at the entrance of the building, or carry objects that can be used as weapons or objects or symbols that incite violence.

Article 6.1.2 Show symbols of drunkenness or drug use.

Article 6.1.3 With clothing, objects or symbols that incite violence or that represent an apology for activities contrary to fundamental rights or that are not respectful of people.

Article 6.2 Minors under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult. The parents or supervisors of minor children, whether in an organized group or not, will be responsible for their behavior.

Article 6.3 Visitors are not allowed to bring umbrellas to the museum. Umbrella stands are available next to the entrance and lockers are available. GLH accepts no responsibility for damage, loss or theft of property left by visitors.

Article 6.4 The museum space can be accessed with small backpacks or handbags, as long as these are carried by hand or worn on the front. Large backpacks, bulky bags or others such as suitcases can be left in the lockers at the entrance to the museum. What qualifies as large and small is at the discretion of museum staff. GLH accepts no responsibility for damage, loss or theft of property left by visitors.

Article 6.4 Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted in the museum space.

Article 6.7 Pets are not allowed, except for official guide dogs and duly accredited assistance dogs.

Article 6.8 Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by them.

Article 6.9 Visitors are allowed to take photographs or record videos in the enabled spaces, although without the use of additional lighting and tripods.

 

COMPLAINTS

Article 7.1 If a visitor has a complaint, they can go to the entrance desk to obtain a complaint form and then hand it over to the museum staff. Complaints can also be sent by email to: info@guitarlegendshall.org

 

LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Article 8.1 Visitors enter the museum space at their own risk. GLH can only be liable for injuries to a visitor or loss or damage to a visitor’s property if they are caused by intention or gross negligence on the part of GLH. The damage or injury will be covered up to the amount for which GLH is or reasonably should be insured. Possible compensation can never exceed the loss determined by GLH’s insurer. GLH can never be held responsible for indirect losses or damages.

Article 8.2 Deficiencies caused by force majeure can never be attributed to GLH and will never lead to the right to a refund or compensation. Force majeure is a suspensive or resolutory condition for these general terms and conditions.

 

PRIVACY

Article 9.3 GLH uses cookies to facilitate the use of our website and to compile a profile of consumers’ online behavior. MUSEUM STORE

Article 10.1 Consumers can purchase products in the museum store. The products displayed are sold at the indicated price, which includes VAT and any tax or fee that was applicable at the time of purchase.
